Introduction of the course

The Centre for Continuing Education (CCE), NCB offers On-Site Training Programmes, providing organizations with the flexibility to conduct customized training at their own plant, premises or specified location. Under this arrangement, NCB scientists and technical experts deliver lectures, technical sessions, demonstrations and practical training at the organization’s site, based on its specific requirements and operational needs. The programmes can be tailored to a wide range of areas, including cement manufacturing, plant operation, ready-mix concrete, condition assessment of structures, quality control and quality assurance, construction materials, best construction practices and other areas related to cement and concrete technology. This approach provides organizations with an effective opportunity to train and upskill their employees at their own workplace, enabling participants to relate the learning directly to their plant operations and work environment, while addressing organization-specific technical requirements and challenges.
